winner of the 2021 Louise R. Hassenplug Outstanding Clinician of the Year!
This prestigious award was established in honor of Mrs. Louise R. Hassenplug, who served on the Commission from 1987 to 1994. Mrs. Hassenplug worked tirelessly for improvements in services to patients and for increased involvement of family members inpatient treatment, as well as for increased research on major mental illnesses.
All of the nominees for the Louise R. Hassenplug Outstanding Clinician Award are dedicated professionals who are deeply committed to helping others and creating healthier communities.
