Recognition and Rewards are important because it lets employees know that their work is valued and they are appreciated. It is one of the action steps that demonstrates that DMH employees are our most valuable asset. Recognizing outstanding work also helps to build a supportive work environment where all employees can succeed. While the individual employee is fulfilling their specific purpose, together the team is improving the lives of people and impacting entire communities. It is our pleasure to recognize and reward individuals for their outstanding contributions toward this goal!
